...‘to grow in the knowledge and love of God together'

The Bible is a book like no other, and we believe that it is not merely for reading, but for understanding and applying to our lives. On the last Thursday of every month (with the exception of August and December), we get together to study the Bible. This happens through interactive teaching sessions followed by small group discussions. 

Although knowledge alone does not bring new birth, studying the Bible allows us to have a better understanding of God’s plans and purposes, and therefore live in line with His will for us through the knowledge that has been influenced by the Spirit. It also helps us to see the depth of God’s love for the human race, and how His eternal plans unfold in His Word. So, on ‘Prepared’, we delve deeper into the Word of God to know the truth of his character. 

Currently, we’re going through the book of God’s Big Picture by Vaughan Roberts which gives a narrative overlook of the Bible, showing how the different parts of the Bible fit together under the theme of the kingdom of God. Each session has been designed in a way where the modules are stand-alone. This allows those who have missed the previous sessions to come and join us at any point of the programme.
