Paul & Jean Woodward
Paul was born in Newcastle on Tyne where he lived until the age of 5 when his parents became Salvation Army Officers. They lived in various parts of the UK as he grew up and when he was 17 his parents moved to Luton. There he met Jean who he married in 1970. They have 2 children, Andrew & Alison, both now grown up and serving the Lord with their own families.

In 1995 they moved to Bedford to be part of Brickhill Baptist Church, Paul becoming lead elder shortly thereafter.
Paul and Jean have been involved in overseas ministry in Africa and Turkey for many years.
Paul joined Jubilee as lead elder in January 2010 and is passionate about seeing a multicultural church that reaches out into all the communities of Teesside and beyond.

Raj & Charlotte Saha
Raj was born in Middlesbrough approximately 35yrs ago to parents of Indian origin. Raj went to local schools in Acklam and Yarm before he went on to London to train to be a doctor. Raj returned to Teesside in 1995 where he worked in James Cook Hospital as a junior doctor. It was during this time that he was befriended by a group of Christian doctors however it wasn’t until 2000 that he became a Christian during his GP training in York, when he was invited to do the Alpha course at St Michael Le Belfrey a famous evangelical Anglican Church in the City. A few months later Raj returned to Teesside and joined Jubilee Church where he was baptized in 2001. It was around this time that he met his wife-to-be Charlotte, and they were married in May 2003.
Raj and Charlotte are very grateful to the family they have received at Jubilee Church and to everyone who has inputted into their lives and have nurtured them throughout the last few years. In 2004 they started leading one of Jubilee's Big Groups and so enjoyed watching God knit together a fantastic group of friends who have and continue to, step out and press forward into what God has for them. In 2005 Raj was invited to to join the Jubilee leadership team. Raj feels that it has been a great privilege being part of this Spirit filled and progressive gang of strong and diverse leaders!
Bill Hybels said 'the local church is the hope of the world'. Raj is looking forward to the many challenges of serving God and the Church and believes that this is very true of Jubilee and the community it serves.

Paul & Lorriane Mogford
Paul was born in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and was raised in a Christian home – a Pentecostal family. At the age of 18 Paul left to go to college at Ripon, to study music education as a student teacher. He met Lorraine, and shortly after leaving college, they were married and joined Ripon Christian Fellowship. Paul and Lorraine stayed there for several years, becoming part of the wider leadership team, and Paul developed his gift as a worship leader. During that time, they fostered several young children. Paul joined Kingsway (a Christian Publishing company) in 1987, and moved to Eastbourne to become part of the management team at Kingsway. In Eastbourne they discovered Kings Church and Newfrontiers.
While at Kings Church, Paul led the worship team, and with Lorraine led various small and big groups. Around 2000, they felt God bringing them back North, and felt drawn to move to Sunderland, arriving there in 2002 to church plant. Unfortunately, this didn’t work out, and after a lot of heart searching they made the decision, in 2004, to make their spiritual home at Jubilee.
Like Raj, Paul has been a part of the Jubilee Leadership team since early 2005.
Paul is also the Chair of the Jubilee Church Trust and is involved with the work of Open Door (North East).
Paul and Lorraine have three children, Emma, Jamie and Zoey

John & Sue Kearney
John & Sue were both born in Middlesbrough and got married in 1986. To date they have three children and three grandchildren. They joined Jubilee in 2006.
John has an accountancy background and is currently working for a national practice 3 days a week.
Once the children had grown up Sue went to Teesside University and achieved a Psychology degree before becoming involved with a local Christian charity known as The Hope Foundation which champions the disadvantaged.
Sue has been the CEO of The Hope Foundation since 1995 and in 1997 John, in his spare time, became a volunteer and trustee. They both see The Hope Foundation as the main thrust of their ministry. The work is very challenging but also very rewarding, particularly with their links to Middlesbrough Alpha which gives them a real opportunity to talk about God’s love as well as demonstrating it in action.
John is passionate about sport but as time marches on finds that ambling around a five a side pitch twice a week is about his limit! He loves the opportunity of meeting and getting to know new people however he finds a shortage of breath these days makes talking to them difficult!
